Sofie studied law at the Free University of Brussels. In 2019 she obtained her master's degree in law, majoring in International and European law. During her first master year, she spent four months at the Université de Nantes in France as part of the Erasmus exchange programme.
After obtaining her master's, Sofie followed the ManaMa Intellectual Property & ICT Law at the Catholic University of Leuven.
Sofie was admitted to the Brussels Bar in October 2020.
